DESCRIPTION
 
Pursuant to Section 16 (3), (4), and (5); for vehicles used to transport goods outside an urban area, heavy construction and maintenance equipment where a first aid station is not readily available, buses operated on a non-urban route.  First aid requirements for businesses in Ontario vary and are dependent on a number of factors including: the maximum number of employees at the worksite or per shift, location of the place of employment, type of industry and potential hazards and proximity or distance to a medical facility. The following contents are included in this regulated  kit, as required by each jurisdiction and the Canada Labour code:
